The hearing for the cipher case in the special court has been postponed until November 21.
No witnesses were presented by the prosecution in accordance with the orders prohibiting such actions from the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
In Adiala Jail, Special Court Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain presided over a cipher case involving PTI Chairman and Vice Chairman, Shah Mehmood Qureshi. The hearing, scheduled in the special court, was adjourned until November 21, with no proceedings taking place.
Barrister Taimur Malik, Shah Mehmood Qureshi's lawyer, arrived at Adiala Jail, joined by Qureshi's wife, Mehreen Qureshi, daughter Mehr Bano Qureshi, and sisters Aleema Khan and Uzma Khanum. The Special Court Judge, Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain, and even Imran Khan's wife, Bushra Begum, were present at Adiala Jail, amid stringent security measures.
Following the session, Judge Abu Al-Hasanat Zul-Qarnain left Adiala Jail. FIA Special Prosecutor Zulfiqar Abbas Naqvi informed the media that the hearing was postponed in compliance with the Islamabad High Court's prohibition order, and the prosecution did not present any witnesses.
