Elon Musk has revealed that he struggles to engage with Grand Theft Auto VI because he finds it challenging to immerse himself in a virtual world of committing crimes, following the release of the game's latest trailer.

The internet is buzzing with excitement over the release of the first trailer for "Grand Theft Auto VI," but it seems Elon Musk won't be joining the gaming frenzy when the title hits shelves in 2025. The Tesla and X owner revealed his reluctance, stating that he couldn't complete the wildly popular GTA 5, which boasts a staggering 190 million copies sold since 2015, simply because he "didn't like doing crime."

In a post on X, Musk shared, "Tried, but didn't like doing crime. GTA 5 required shooting police officers in the opening scene. Just couldn't do it." The GTA 6 trailer, unexpectedly leaked on social media, offers a glimpse into Rockstar's highly successful series, renowned for its intense violence and narratives revolving around organized crime. The eagerly awaited game is set in a fictionalized version of Miami named Vice City.

Interestingly, Musk's aversion to fictionalized violence in video games appears contrary to his recent controversial behavior. The SpaceX CEO, facing an advertiser exodus from X after endorsing an antisemitic post as the "actual truth," notably told departing advertisers to "go fuck yourself" during an interview at the New York Times' DealBook conference. Musk admitted that endorsing the post was the most "foolish" thing he had ever posted on the platform.
