The Lahore High Court instructs the Punjab police to present Khadija Shah at 2 PM today.

Justice Ali Baqir Najafi issued orders in response to a plea filed by Jahanzaib Amin, Khadija Shah's husband, challenging her house arrest. The judge emphasized that if Khadija Shah is not presented before the court, the Inspector General of Police (IGP) must appear to clarify the situation.

Khadija Shah, previously implicated in the May 9 incidents, voluntarily surrendered to the police. Following the Punjab government's decision to lift the house arrest, Khadija Shah was taken into custody by Quetta police from Lahore jail. The court granted a 2-day transit remand, directing her to be presented before the relevant court afterward.

Concurrently, an inquiry into social media activist Khadija Shah has been initiated concerning allegations of money laundering. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is examining suspected transactions in Khadija Shah's bank account under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, stemming from the events of May 9.

Once comprehensive records are gathered, an inquiry will commence with Khadija Shah in prison, addressing queries related to foreign transactions from her bank account.
