A woman from India, who is married to her Pakistani partner, has returned to her home country and is currently awaiting the processing of her visa.
An Indian woman named Anju, now known as Fatima, gained widespread attention nationally and internationally for her journey to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), where she married Nasrullah, a man from Upper Dir. She has recently departed from Pakistan to reunite with her two children.

As per The News report, Anju, also known as Fatima, recently returned to India via the Wagah border, following her departure from Pakistan. Nasrullah, her husband, remains hopeful for her return within the next two or three months. The 34-year-old Anju married Nasrullah just five months after their initial connection on Facebook, arriving in Upper Dir on July 22. Nasrullah shared that Anju left for her home country after spending some time in Islamabad and Lahore, where they explored historical sites like the Badshahi Mosque, Badshahi Qilla, and Pakistan Park.
Despite their efforts to extend Anju's visa, which had expired, the formal process faced difficulties and could take four months to a year. Earlier in August, Pakistani authorities granted Anju a one-year visa extension. However, due to complications, the extension was not realized, leading Anju to return to India through a 15-day departure letter, canceling the visa extension application. Nasrullah, expressing gratitude for the support they received in Lahore, mentioned that Anju's wish to meet her children and her ongoing divorce case in India influenced the decision. He conveyed that, if granted a visa for India, he would personally accompany Anju back to Pakistan. Nasrullah thanked the people of Dir for their unwavering support and hinted at a potential move to Dubai for a peaceful life, bringing Anju closer to her children. The couple, who underwent a court marriage after Anju converted to Islam in Upper Dir, garnered immense love and respect from locals and organizations across the country, receiving generous gifts and offers of support.
