The mother of Usman Dar alleges that she was subjected to mistreatment during a home invasion, purportedly orchestrated at the behest of Khawaja Asif.

In Sialkot, Usman Dar's mother has made serious accusations against Khawaja Asif, a leader of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), alleging his involvement in an attack on her home. Urging Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa to intervene, Dar's mother claimed that while she was asleep, Khawaja Asif orchestrated an assault on her residence, breaking the door and forcibly entering. She asserted that she was mistreated, with her shirt torn and hair pulled during the incident.

Undeterred by the attack, Dar's mother stated her determination to submit nomination papers for the upcoming general elections scheduled for February 8 next year. She emphasized that even if she faced imprisonment, she would still participate in the elections.

Khawaja Asif, in response to the allegations, disavowed any involvement in "such vengeful politics." He asserted that he has consistently shown respect to his political rivals and their families, highlighting the legal challenges his own family has faced.

Addressing the situation, District Police Officer (DPO) Hasan Iqbal stated that the police raided the house to apprehend Umar Dar, who is wanted in various cases. The DPO refuted claims of physical assault on the women during the raid, mentioning that inappropriate language was used. He explained that Umar Dar's actions against the state led to the registration of cases, and he is in contact with his family through social media.
